I usually shop twice a week between 8.00 and 9.30 a.m. and am appalled on every occasion by the behaviour of staff carrying out click and collect shopping for customers. Their shopping trolleys with multiple baskets/crates make it difficult to pass in the aisles because several members of staff congregate together as they shop. I've had staff members reach across me almost every time for items, completely ignoring the 2 metre distancing that keeps me safe; yesterday the staff member didn't have a mask on when she did this twice. I get that these employees have a deadline, but surely not at the expense of in-store customers?

Its a very useful store. Open 24hrs a day, lots of deals, and lots of sales. They have a little bit of everything. I love how they have diapers in the baby changing bathroom that are free to use for those in need of them. I dislike their self check out systems. They are not as convenient as they appear. Lots of errors to the point you need assistance. And late at night you may be waiting a few minutes to get someone over to assist.

Excellent customer service, always well stocked, great variety of food and drinks, household products and good quality and range of clothing. Really good value for money. Due to covid, sanitize hands and trolley before entering, possibility of queuing outside and arrows to follow inside.

Click and collect system is an absolute shambles and I would advise anyone using it to check their bills against what they have received. I recently picked up shopping and charged for 3 items that I had ordered as part of my shopping, amounting to over 11.00 which were not there when I got home. Also still waiting on phone call from manager as promised when I made complaint within store. It wouldn't be so bad but this is 4th time in 5 weeks that I have had to complain as on other occasions substitute items left were not refunded to my account until I phoned to complain.
