I contacted Balmorals the day before my Father passed away, not knowing he would pass when he did. I called and spoke to Alison, who was just so kind when I called, but I told her that I had never aranged a funeral before, so I wasnt sure what I was doing..When Dad passed, they came and took him back to there premises where Dad was able to rest for a few days. My Sister was coming over from America, so we both went along and met with Alison who immediatly wrapped her arms around us. She knew what we needed but she thought of things we hadnt thought of. She came to our house for convienience.. Stephen who came and collected my Dad was ever so professional and Dads big day, he guided my Sister & I right up until we were bought back home again. I put my Dad in someone's hands I didnt know, and we really couldnt have asked for more. Every little detail right down to his button hole. He looked fantastic as he wanted to, he would have been really pleased actually:) Alison also put us in touch with Drew who was just perfect in his words and nothing seemed to be a problem. I feel thank you is not enough, but I do thank them all at Balmorals for giving my Dad the best send off..You made us proud:)
