Tried to resolve an issue with the prescribing team yesterday & told the practice manager how low the team were making me feel, her response was to tell me if I didn't like it, leave. Completely shocked at yesterdays events as until then I had Complete faith in the practice & it had been one of the best surgeries I'd attended. Been left devastated by what unfolded with the practice manager, my advice is, its a great surgery with great doctors, just don't raise a concern with the practice manager, unless you want to be asked to leave for something that was their mistake in the first place

There is no customer parking on site allowed. You have to park in the pay and display across the road.

Always Happy to Help, Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors. Nurse Morag always makes me feel at Ease, Usually Dr Hunter or Dr Haveron who I See have been Excellent as well New Addition to the Practice Dr Nisbet. Great Team
