absolute disgrace of a store - since March 2014 we have been waiting for a refund for a bath that we ordered and turned out to be slightly too big - instead of exchanging we were asked to pay for a new bath to the correct sizes and they would refund us the original. Many many trips later still no refund - that together with the faulty tap that we have replced the valve in 4 times now - it leaks , the water runs under the bath and has ruined the floor - Im going back in at the weekend coming to see where my refund is - apparently head office gave it back to the store years ago but the store cnat track it or someone is on holiday - always empty promises of calls back and never happened . Quite frankly I wouldnt touch them with a barge pole
