Haven't been here in a while. But when i did i had a great chat with one of the shop owners. He sat and talked to me for a while, got a feel for my likes and interests and even went above and beyond to try and source something i was looking for. He was unsuccessful but he kept me updated and didn't just dissapear or make me chase it up when he couldn't source it. Mark of a great shop runner. The place is a treasure trove of geeky and cult items. From past and present. Constantly evolving and keeping one hand in the past with a finger on the pulse of the present. Cannpt recommend highly enough. Supporting independant businesses isn't hard when the business is so good.

This shop is actually amazing. Has things for the proper geek and not so much of the usual mass produced generic stuff that all the bigger shops seem to sell. A proper little warren of geekery. My new favourite shop :)
We were on a day trip to Ayr, and we took a walk and found Mr Wade Winston Wilson standing outside! My inner superhero tingling we entered the fantastic Boom! It's a small shop though is well packed with Superhero, fantasy and SciFi merchandise. From Harry Potter to Alien, Star Trek to He-man. The nephews and neice were given a 80s cartoon retro tour and each picked a item, unfortunately the neice found the Disney Frozen shelf.... . Great little shop, some items are expensive but lots are more than affordable. If I find myself back in Ayr I'd definitely return. 5/5

Great shop with a little something for everyone no matter the fandom and friendly staff always willing to help.
Great wee shop. Loads of cool stuff for fans or collectors. Definitely somewhere to take the kids next time as an excuse to buy more. Great artwork on sale too and I hear custom works available.

Impressive collection of pop culture collectors items and clothing from a wide range of era's.. certainly worth your time and money I say.. already got some cool stuff and know it won't be my last...
