Me and my fiance bought our wedding rings from Christine. From beginning to end she kept us informed of all of the details. The service was amazing. She make the whole experience very special. Our beautiful bespoke rings were stunning when they arrived, and they got here quickly too. I can't recommend Christine highly enough.

My fiance and I bought my engagement ring online from Christine and the level of customer service was outstanding, excellent communication right from when I was inquiring through to the day she posted my ring, she sent videos and photos of the stones and didn't ever put pressure on me to make a purchase. 5 months on and I'm still in love with it, its incredibly beautiful and I find myself staring at it constantly even all the ladies at work still comment on it. Couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend this business enough.

Unbeatable customer service and excellent quality of rings. My Fiance and I purchased our wedding rings from Christine Saddler and honestly, we were blown away by their customer service and are so glad we chose to go with them. We had been to other stores to look at wedding rings, but we were looking for somewhere who could customise make my fiance's ring as he wanted his late Dad's wedding ring to be melted into his own one. Everywhere we went said they could do the job, but we weren't happy with the customer service as we were of course being treated like 'just another customer'. We then went to Christine Saddler, a family run business, and we are so glad we did. Christopher was so helpful, and listened to exactly what we both wanted with our rings and he went through all the options we could have. They weren't pushy with rings and didn't try to get us to spend more money than we could afford - they simply cared about what we wanted and tried to find the best fit. The time they took to make the rings was excellent and we now have our wedding rings all ready for September. We are so impressed with the end results and can see the time and effort that went into making both rings. Very impressed and are very grateful we chose to go with them. I would fully recommend going here than purchasing from a larger chain jewellery store.
