Our experience of Co-op Funeral care was that at all times they were so full of empathy and highly professional. We can not speak highly enough of Alex Dunlop at the Ayr Branch. He was so polite and courteous and nothing was a problem. From the first day we spoke to him until the day we buried my Mum he was there for us. Despite the current restrictions, my mum got the best send off possible. All the stress of dealing with a death and trying to organise a funeral was made so much easier. Alex was there for us any time needed and made everything super simple. I can't thank them enough.
