Truly professional company to deal with from the very first visit to the last . Walking around the showroom was a pleasant experience with no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble in the design stage even though no concrete order had been placed, and I did a fair bit of changing my mind !! Communication from Wilma in the design team was terrific everything was checked and double checked to make sure we we’re happy before during and after the installation . The fine men who carried out the work were respectful of our property and excellent tradesmen. We were very happy with the work carried out and the guys were great. There was a terrific eye for detail from them and if something did not meet their high standards then It was changed. They were super reliable, so the trades team get a huge thumbs up . From a financial point of view Karol Janik bathrooms gave us a very competitive quote , not the least expensive one we got , however the service , choice and quality of furniture , tiling , flooring etc was worth it and we got excellent value for our money it was worth every penny . We will be back when our other bathroom and kitchen need replacing. A fantastic experience from our point of view and we could not be happier with the end result .
First class initial ideas for our new kitchen from designer Tommy, he talked us through the full installation process, leaving us with lots of ideas on the way forward with our new build kitchen. Could even provide us with start dates and who would be leading or build when we committed to the works being completed. Very good service so far, and will update page when installation is ongoing, and again on completion.
Got our bathroom done beginning of the year excellent job done in a week, no mess, no hassle and the workmen were so professional and always made sure everything they done was the way we wanted it as well as each day they told what they were going to do before they started in case we wanted to change anything. the workmen were amazing. The following week we had our kitchen fitted to the same high standards as the bathroom again no mess and no hassle. Workmen, Plumbers, electricians, joiners and especially the office team(Tommy Kenny) all very professional and respectful of our wishes. I would highly recommend Karol Janik for any kitchen and bathroom installation. A very big Thank You to everyone involved we love it.
Had a kitchen & bathroom refit done a while ago. Karol was helpful and friendly, planning and measuring promptly. Designs were created and shown a few days later. Design team planned out precisely what i wanted and managed to find a great deal of space in two relatively small room spaces. Kitchen and bathroom refit were completed in around 5 days with the final result being beyond my expectations. Impressed with the workmanship carried out specifically with the plasterboard walls and wood floors being in a poor state. Kitchen walls left looking like new, floor level were previously was uneven. Bathroom tiling was immaculate with some specialist mosaic work I cannot fault. Stone tile flooring requested fitted the theme again put over a very poor wood floor and was left even and solid. All in all would recommend and will return for future refits and work. Thanks!
