I have just called to this service, and not only I was disconnected at the first call, but also the same person that took the first call ignored all my questions in regards to disconnecting the first call, was talking over me, and became very passively aggresive through the call. Never calling them again! I have no idea if that was all caused by my accent or the peace when I speak(polish speak really quickly when they actually learn english) netherless person who took my call acted rude and arrogant which cannot be explained by any of the above!
