VERY disappointing. Poor admin & lacking in customer service & compassion skills. Called re Funeral Plan settlement following death of family member. 2,200 of our monies had disappeared from our accounts - WE picked up on this, the admin staff hadn't identified it - but no apology, no explanation given. Luckily we had 3 yr old bank receipts. (If death had occurred 15-20 years after plan taken, how would this be traced??!!). Took 4 x phone calls, email, & unreliable promise of call-back's to resolve. Awaiting settlement.

· A massive thanks to David Nix, Director of Ready4Retirement who talked my wife and I through setting up our funeral plans. We were greatly impressed with the professionalism in which this was carried out. At no time did Mr Nix put us under any pressure to take out a plan and answered in depth every question we put to him. We both now have a Funeral Plan in place and peace of mind. What we liked about Ready4Retirement as opposed to other similar plans we have looked at was that it's a 'one stop shop' where our Wills and Power of Attorney ( if ever needed) are all included. When our Wills are professionally written up we will be contacted annually to ascertain if we wish to alter anything at no extra cost. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking peace of mind in their retirement planning. It really is that simple, if like us, you are looking to plan for the future and to give yourself and family peace of mind look no further than Ready4Retirement. I don't usually write reviews but felt on this occasion this company was worthy of praise for their professionalism and expertise. Will certainly be recommending them to friends and other family members.
My parents took out a plan after finding out that the Will / Power of Attorney services were included. Over the years they had paid a local solicitor way more than the costs of their plan on updates which Ready4Retirement offer as part of their service. Derek was great when he visited to explain all the benefits.
Just had second cold call from this company offering to give funeral advice. Ask for someone who no longer lives here. \Andrew\ just told me he'll remove my number, but we will see.
