Called to get a home colour kit on Thursday and received it today, really quick delivery. Used the kit today and I am delighted with the results. Get my hair done in here by Lesley every week. Lovely salon with great staff who always make you welcome. They have all necessary procedures in place since reopening. The salon stocks the best available hair care products which the staff are all very knowledgeable about. They are happy to give you the best advice on caring for your hair. Would highly recommend a visit.

I have been going to Richardson and Mason for 5 years now. Carly always does everything that I ask her to do and always recommends the best colours and treatments to go for. The environment is clean, calm and very welcoming. During lockdown the girls went over and above by delivering products to my house to keep me going until I was able to go back into the salon. They really are all angels! Thanks again for all that you do.
I have been going to Richardson and Mason for a few years now and could not be happier. The salon is spotless and the cut and colour I get from Carly is always perfect. My hair has been in the best condition and I have had lots of compliments on the colour. Carly is a very knowledgeable and talented hairdresser. The salon has gone above and beyond both during lockdown and in making the salon safe for clients returning. All the staff are so friendly and is great value for money.
