Whatever you do don't use this practice!!!! They often do not have the prescription ready when they're supposed to which is very unproffessional,we have put up with it so far but the final straw was today!! I ordered an essential painkiller for my daughter and it wasn't ready yesterday when it should have been so i was told to come back after 2 today only to be told they had no record of it,apparently there was no doctor whatsoever in the building to get it done there and then and as it's a controlled drug and a Friday my daughter is left without her medication over the weekend!! This should NEVER happen. A formal complaint will be made to the practice and the overseeing medical bodies.
Missed and appointment at 8am due to being severely ill, unable to get out of bed. Didn't manage to phone before the appointment due to it being 8am and the surgery only opens then and was told to register elsewhere. Only 1 doctor (Miller) was helpful anyway, but getting an appointment with him was a nightmare, other doctors couldn't help me or diagnose my muscle and joint pains etc.
Great doctors always been supportive in my health
I have low potassium often and this surgery doesn't allow me any appointments to check my bloods. Life threatening condition but I suppose my life is insignificant in comparison to others lives.

Worst gp surgery in Ayr just been told to do nothing about debilitating panic attacks by a so called doctor so young he's barely out nappies! Go elsewhere im going to!!!
