I spoke to a man from this company last week. He made an appointment to come and assess my garden on Mon at 12 noon. I get 1 day off during the week and made sure I was available at this time. It's now Tues evening and I'm still waiting! No phone call to cancel - very unprofessional, or maybe they just couldn't do the work anyway. Very disappointing.
