Andrea is the best of the best! This is our third time working with her and consistently she demonstrated her commitment to making sure we get the best outcomes by advising us, being available, and she does it at our comfort level. She's patient when we we needed time to explore our options and when we needed her help, she responded to our emails and phone calls instantly. I remember one time she was in Hawaii during her vacation and as I felt bad calling her for help, she was there for us! When I've had to call her in the evening for an urgent question she was there! When we needed her advice while we were in the middle of working with a notary I told the notary Andrea will be available to accept my phone call before I called and sure enough! Andrea was there to pick up the phone!
Wanted to take the chance to say thanks to Andrea for the awesome work on our refinance. Couldn't believe how fast she managed to speed along the process while keeping it as painless as possible on our end as well. It was truly appreciated and we're sending everyone we know her direction!
