AZ Real Estate & Property Management has been amazing. Their staff works so hard to accomplish great customer service. They equally service their tenants, owners, buyers and vendors. This is a true example of a “PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE “ business. They are communicative, professional and have a true passion for the business they run. There are many property management companies that I have had to deal with and I can tell you DON’T listen to any bad reviews. You can’t go wrong. Thank you AZREAPM!!!!!

I had a great experience after I drove to the office and spoke with the secretary at the Tempe location. Adrianna, who answered my question in full and didn’t rush me while I was getting my questions out, an was the only reason I gave this place 2 stars. The property manager Dominic on the other hand was very, very rude and unprofessional. I had called before driving to their office and spoke to Dominic who was beyond rude. When I addressed the fact I felt he was talking rude and unprofessional, his reply was, so. I asked was there a manager or anyone above him and he said there was no one and continued to be very rude . I have lived at my address for 3 years, they just started to manage my property a few months ago and this was my first interaction with them and it has saddened me that this was a very bad first impression.

After looking at the notes on your account I can see that a number of people have let you know that the mail keys are not the responsibility of the management company. You will need to reach out to locksmith if you wish to access your mail.\ One of the worst companies I have rented from in over 6 years of renting in this area. Save your time, money, energy, pride, self-respect and anything else they have tried to steal from me. Choose any other property management company or use a private realtor when renting. You may want to just hire an attorney before renting because you'll probably need one by the time you move out.
