We have been debating about getting solar panels for our house and we finally did. I got several quotes from different installers and I chose AZ West. Brett was very responsive to my initial inquiry and worked with what we needed. He gave us the Solaria panels which are beautiful and functional as well.He kept us posted on every step of the process. Answered all my questions in detail. From Start to Finish, these guys made the process transparent and professional. Brett was the lead guy I worked with and he showed impressive patience- I ask a lot of questions. He kept the project on schedule from application to permit to install. My property is a vacation rental that is usually rented so we had to be strategic and precise with our times frames. I looked into solar power right after purchasing my home. I found AZ West Solar and am so glad that I did. Brett was friendly, thorough, accommodating, understanding, and helpful. I had questions about two quotes from AZ West on two properties side by side and Brett hopped on a conference call with my mother and I to talk about differences in our quotes. He put us at ease about the difference between them and why without stumbling, as if he ACTUALLY knew what he was talking about. He answered text messages on the weekend (even though I said don't reply until Monday) and even after hours. He said solar would be installed within 60 days, including all of the permitting and HOA and city nonsense that they had to deal with and he wasn't lying. The process went smooth and seamless, without a hitch. Now I have solar power running and everything went exactly as he said it would. I'm monitoring my production and so far I couldn't be happier! Thanks AZ West Solar! You rock! 5 stars, would recommend!

When we decided to get solar, I got 2 quotes and both were pretty close in price; however, AZ West Solar had a better warranty and great incentives. After speaking to Brett in great detail about the system, etc. We didn't have a doubt that AZ West Solar was our choice. Brett was friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about and never failed to take a call or answer a text. From step 1 to the final step I was very happy. I highly recommend AZ West Solar. They did my daughter's house also and she is thrilled as well. As of today, our solar is running and the whole process was less than 60 days. Thank you Brett and AZ West Solar.
