Mark completely replaced a hot water tank and emersion heater for me. His did a fantastic job and worked right through until the installation was finished, even replacing a section of floor that had got ruined by the leaking of the old tank. He explained my options clearly from the start and explained exactly what each would take regarding cost, time, efficiency and what each system provided. He made sure he was covid safe at all times, wearing a mask through the whole time which must have been very uncomfortable! He is extremely knowledgeable and it is easy to see why he constantly receives 5* reviews. I highly recommend Azure and Mark if you want to be confident of receiving an extremely high standard of service and workmanship.

Mark called out as we had a heating emergency, our gas boiler just completely stopped working and we had no heat or hot water for our disabled child. Unfortunately we had to shut the boiler down as it was dangerous, we’d not had it serviced in years and just didn’t realise how important it is to get it checked regularly for safety. Mark re-jigged his entire schedule and got us a new boiler quickly to match our budget - we were desperate because of our poorly child, but he was amazing and so understanding of our situation. He practically moved mountains to fit us in & worked through several full days & late nights to get it done as quickly as possible. I could also see he was stressed as he had to cancel some other non-urgent jobs to fit our emergency job in, so I felt bad for him as I heard of one client who was not understanding at all. Am just so grateful to him as we were in a desperate situation & he really got us out of a pickle. He was also extremely safe in our house, wore his covid protective gear, and was careful to sanitise anywhere he touched obviously because of the pandemic. I hope his other clients get a bit more understanding, I’ve seen first hand how some people are not & I know he did let some folk down to do our job. But I’m so very grateful for that, for my son especially as he has complex needs, life is hard enough for him already without having no heating or hot water. Thankyou Azure from the bottom of my heart, you really went above and beyond for us xx

Mark came and fitted a new boiler and installed a thermostat into our house a couple of weeks ago (smart heating with Google NEST). Our system seemed determined to make his life hard at every turn, but he didn't complain or get frustrated at all. It took him a day longer than intended, but our quote was the same as the price we paid - which is fantastic. Very friendly service and has done a fantastic job, we have hot water for the first time in years! Smart heating is life changing, especially when we had no thermostat to begin with at all. Covid conscientious, polite, tidy and professional at every point. Would not hesitate to recommend him and actually have plans to use no other plumber in the future. Mark, you were brilliant, thank you. You're stuck with us now!
