Ingrid was helpful but it took her 30 minutes on the phone to Boost to enter my address, which the first employee had never done, then to give me my discount. I had gone to a nearby Boost store yesterday and the girl wanted an extra 10 on top of my normal 50 to reboost. I said no way and left. Today I asked to reboost at my new rate and she said no, it takes the system a month to process the discount. Inefficient system!
