Our furnace stopped blowing heat all of a sudden. Comfort Climate Control's rep. Pete came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the deficient part and replaced our filter. I was impressed with the efficient and professional manner in which he came and took great care of us. We are now proud Platinum Plan members and received 20% off our service today. But, we just wanted to continue having them service our heating and air conditioner in the future. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Comfort climate. The are extremely professional and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction through their services and follow up. I had Comfort Climate install a top of the line Trane air conditioning and heating unit with all new ducts and vents. The installation went very smooth. The dual compressor system uses very little power and handles the heat waves well. We maintained 75 degrees inside when it was 115 outside. With the Bobcat fire a couple of miles away, we had a major issue with smoke. Comfort Climate came to the rescue. They installed a Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generator. It cut the smell of smoke inside about 98%. The one time I had a problem with my AC, comfort Climate responded quickly and did the repair under warranty. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Don't make the mistake of buying the cheapest deal. Go with the guys who know what they're doing. Sizing the system is the most important step. Comfort Climate will spent the time getting it right.

Comfort Climate came on a recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. Mark came out and took a thorough look at our old system and made great recommendations on upgrading and replacing. We opted to move the unit to the attic and replace all ducting on the second story. There is absolutely no comparison to our 26-year-old unit to the new Trane system. Increased air flow upstairs, better cooling, and much more efficient...not to mention, quieter! The install took about 4-5 days and they worked with us around a couple hot spells to keep the old unit limping along through the process. We were only down without AC for a half day. Joe and Albert were neat, cleaned up each day, and were knowledgeable and polite. Connie kept us up to date throughout and helped loads with rebate info and follow-up. Great family run, local small business.

My heater died, I called comfort climate control for repair (The units AC/Heater also installed by them 7 years ago for my home too, finance through Home-depot) they give me price upfront for diagnostic send technician up on promised during their busy schedule. Once they know problem they call and let you know repair cost which I think very important to customers so they can make decision. For me I rate them 5stars for honest, professional, fair price, responsive. That’s why they in business so long, I recommended this company especially older forks like me.
