I had an appointment for Saturday 8:30am, walked in on a Friday morning and asked if i was able to have my car done then. Jerry whom was the sales person at the time was non-hesitant to say yes. I took the spot Jerry was so helpful and friendly. The mechanic who did the work also was friendly fast and accurate. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to the Discount tire on Arrow Hwy in Azusa for as long as I can. I feels good when you can find a great spot you can trust.

One of the technicians helped me understand the difference between alignment and balancing, and even took me in the back to show me which was impressive. I was in-and-out in no time just as it started to rain. I will definitely recommend this tire center to others. Great service!
We put new tires on our Chevy Silverado (great price) and purchased a lifetime alignment package. When we drove to another appointment we noticed that the truck was pulling to the right. We could no return because of the appointment to check alignment. We live in Chino and came a long distance to purchase tires and alignment, and TO HAVE TO RETURN TO HAVE SERVICE done again is VERY UNSATISFACTORY. We were here the first time two hours and had to wait again so they could fix there error. Management should oversee employees work before a job is completed.
First time at this establishment, recommended by my son-in-law. Salesperson Edward Gutierrez was very helpful and very pleasant person. I was there to purchase new tires. He inspected the tires on my vehicle and determined that I only needed 3 tires. He did not try and sell me more than I needed. The wait was not long at all. Great Service!! I highly Recommend this establishment.
Customer service was outstanding! I've been going to Discount Tires for over 20 years! Had to get 4 tires and I paid for a life time balancing plan too. The cost was amazing! The team there is awesome!
Nice place and location, Edward is extremely kind and friendly. He helped resolved my tires issues and this place does other brakes/ oil changes inspections services. If anything is wrong after the services, they are on top of fixing it. My first experience here is very pleasant that I brought my second car to services on the same day.
Very quick and professional, funny clerks but respectful with customers, will continue going they got a new client
