They never showed up. They never called to say they weren't coming. Wasted my whole afternoon. Oops! Retraction! SO I called SS to complain this morning. Found out there was another company who booked me assuming I thought they were SS. BUT, they didn't show up either. But, I'm happy to say I booked with the real SS for tomorrow. So my apologies to the real SS. Watch out for fakes.

They were speedy and efficient. Unfortunately, completely useless. Paid 160 to have ONE, 12’x12’ room cleaned to remove pet odor. They only used Tea Tree oil to combat pet odor, nothing more effective. Less than an hour after they’d left, the tea tree aroma was gone, and the urine it had almost masked was back in force!!! No more effective than a grocery store rental, for 3x the price!!! Follow-up: No Yelp review response as claimed. Also, they’ve got my FULL NAME!! They can’t locate my record in their system???
Paul and George did an amazing job. Very diligent and did amazing work. Our carpet looks like new!
Told me that no other place was renting cleaners due to Covid. I called Lowes and Home depot. Both were renting them. Everyones out to make a buck, I get it
Love love love Victor and Ariel! I have three cats and a Pomeranian... I take no pride in what happens to my carpets! I recently moved to Santa Monica and needed a good service, and these guys were on it!! Super polite, very diligent, on time, everything I could ask for. Their names are in my phone and I will request them again in the next few months, after the animals have done what animals do!
