Since this company is family owned you would think they would give great service and have outstanding work ethic. However, I can tell you from being an employee there that i received complaints about this company on a daily basis. Whether it was from having poor service mechanics, to slow and unreliable service within the office dealing with billing and potential prospects. Many times when not only the manger but the owner's daughter got off the phone with customers, they would speak illy of them, laugh and make jokes.. This company solely cares about themselves and it spoke true when I challenged the owner's daughter about not treating all employees equally. I was fired the next day. This is a company you do not want to do business with, so I would think twice when considering them to maintenance your elevators or to even built and install them.

My experience with Thurston Elevator has always been outstanding. They are very prompt with their communication and provide an excellent service!!
