Interesting visit with good explanation. Very accessible even for us tourists who showed up in flip flops. Do bring a sweater since it is quiet a bit colder in the cave then outside. Thy being said, we visited during a heatwave so the cold was very welcome. Don't be surprised if Google brings you to a camp site, the reception of the caves are on the right.

Fantastic fun and great for kids. I'd definitely recommend
We booked the English tour and therefore did not take a (free) head set with audioguide, only to find the guide only spoke French. When I gently asked him if maybe he could translate some key features for us in English as well, as there were many non-French speakers in the group, he rudely replied if he had to do that the tour would not take 90 minutes but 15 years. Well considering his English it probably would, but this was such a useless guide, who also kept asking if everyone was there (well, if you are not, you cannot answer that...). The caves itself were ok and we have been here before with an excellent guide in English and especially liked the rare prehistoric skeletons of bears and a lion, but it was not worth the money in this instance.
We had a nice visit with the kids (6y and 7y).
Very spectacular cave tour, should take it if you are around.
Lovley place. audio let it down, very basic in info missed out all the little stories and explanation of how it become
