Do not book this hotel!!!! Worst decision in our life. They lady manager offered to lift us to another place after we told her we don’t like her place and then at the middle of the road start to hit my girl and called the police on us and we found our self spending the rest of our vacation in court trying to satisfy this lady who try to took all our money!!!!! Do not go to this horrible place!!!!

Good hotel in Koh Phangan, the beach is beautiful despite the garbage, staff is super friendly, bungalows with jacuzzi with cold water but super romantic, well located!!!
Its a run down hotel as the following reasons 1. mattress is finished so if you want a good sleep just forget about it 2. Clothes closet is locate in the shower 3. No outside light in the evening so you need phone light 4. No chair or table in the room 5. electric kettle switch not working 6 . Sweeming pool is not for swimming
Do not stay here! The staff took forever to serve us. The laid around and ignored us. The room had no air conditioning and there were BUGS in the beds and bathroom. We were supposed to be there 3 nights, but could not stand being there and the said they would return our money did did not. They ignored all my emails asking about the return they promised. I am not one to leave a bad review but wanted to warn others of our horrible stay at this "resort". We were in Thailand for three weeks and this was our worst experience for the whole trip. Do not stay here. Save your money.

Great place. Close to the city and markets. Pool next to the sea. Make sure that in your term is sea at the beach deep enough...
Loved staying here!!! Very close to the water. The pool was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, the WiFi connection was strong and the rooms were great.
I’ll preface this review with this: save your money, go somewhere else. The best way to describe B52 is a resort that was nice 10 years ago, but has let itself go. The property is run down and tired. The facilities are in need of repair. The resort looks nothing like the photos they have posted. It would be an alright hotel if it was half the price, but for what they’re charging you get a much nicer hotel. The Bad: - Sheets and pillowcases were stained with some mysterious red fluid on both the beds in the room. - The shower half the time is nothing more than a dribble, and sometimes will be hot, sometimes will be cold regardless of what you set the temperature to. - Unlike the other resorts along the same stretch of beach B52 doesn’t clean the beach meaning it isn’t a pleasant place to swim. - The wifi does not work at all. The Good: - Close to shops and food - Quiet location - Close to the pier - Big rooms
