Loved the kuih, nasi lemak, mee siam and iced coffee from there. Even though I ordered to go, the selection of kuih and food was amazing. The nasi lemak was nice, hot and delicious whilst the kuih was really good and traditional. One thing I appreciated was that they had the variety pack of kuih which allowed us to try out different varieties. If I had the chance I would definitely love to dine in the restaurant. Also good to go there early before the crowd comes! The owner (I think) was really friendly and they helped in providing some advise on which kuih to get.

Long q on the Sunday afternoon. Lucky to grab the restocked nyonya dumplings and hot ondeh-ondeh before paying at cashier. Nyonya dumpling was good, lots of filling, fillings more than glutinous rice i think Lol taste is good, fragrant and on the sweet side. Ondeh ondeh was a bit disappointing, as u can see in the pic, very very little gula melaka, totally no "bursting" effect in the mouth, in fact can hardly taste the sweetness from gula melaka. However the sesame toppings was a highlight, made it very fragrant and pleasantly smell. I love their nasi lemak the most, super flavourful and spicy sambal!! Love their kangkung, egg omelette and lots of ikan bilis. Beware of the spiciness!
Food is authentic plus the new premises is more accessible. They are located away from Jonker St and provides for less queueing hell than most popular restaurants there but are still crowded nevertheless. Understandably at peak hours one have to be patient for the orders to arrive. At the nyonya kuih and other produce section, the hospitable auntie was helpful in recommending the fried chicken powder for inche kabin. A rarity is the "abu sagu" bottled of grated coconut (copra) with spices that can be eaten as is. I find the auntie a living institution actually. They should consider hosting tea sessions with her showcasing the variety of kuih and desserts. A masterclass with her in teaching others in making nyonya kuih to preserve and spread the nyonya cuisine and desserts, why not.
Shop and dine in. Many nyonya delicacies. Fried noodles (mee goreng) is good. Pietie is nice. Gets crowded after 10am, so be there slightly early if want to dine in as they have limited tables. Will visit again.
Very good food.. excellent price too. Will return
My favorite place. Good food, service & good price.
Variety of nyonya dessert and kuih to fill up your stomach. Lots of souvenirs to buy for friends and families. Prices are comparable to KL as this place is really cater for tourists instead of locals. Come earlier before all the kuih gets sold out.
Quite a comprehensive Nyonya foods and things to buy. All in one. Can buy local souvenirs and foods. Recommended!
