I wish I had tried acupuncture long ago. Christina is so genuine, thorough, and she not only takes the time to understand the root of the problem, but she always takes the time to educate you. I have learned so much from her. I always feel immediate relief and I am always in awe of how relaxed and light I feel right after. It almost feels like I took a mini vacation. Christina has been treating me for sciatica, but the last time I went in, was to treat this sudden insomnia. I had not slept in 3 days. I was desperate. A lightbulb went off in my head “Acupuncture!” and so I went in hoping, but with no expectations. That night I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The next morning, I just could not believe it. This may not work for everyone, but it is certainly worth the try.

Highly recommend this place! My chronic knee pains were gone after two visits. Chinese herbal medicine works well for me too. Continue seeing Christina for overall health improvement. Every time she asks what issues I have and target them. Also the place is very clean and follows good sanitize protocols, which makes me feel comfortable even with COVID 19 situation.

I've only been seeing Christina for a little over a month and in that time ailments that I have grown used to having for so long have improved significantly. Including but not limited to carpal tunnel, a bartholin cyst, wildly irregular bowel movements and plantar faciitis to name a few. It is so strange how one can develop immunity to pain, and for that pain to become so normalized that you forget you're hurting. Christina helped me to tap into all that was ailing through asking questions that my PCP never asks, including the toll that grief can take on the mind, body and spirit. Since beginning treatment, I have experienced daily bowel movements, a deflated Bartholin cyst, virtually no pain when walking compared to the limp I was developing to prevent overuse of my plantar joints and the summer of 2020 is the first summer since childhood that I haven't had to cover myself in powders and ointments to prevent and temporarily treat \heat rash\ since I had not one outbreak all season. I am so pleased with my treatments with Christina and have mentioned her services to quite a few people who share their aches and pains in regular conversation. I am really grateful for my experience and recommend anyone considering Acupuncture to try it with Christina. All the best.
