I waited for weeks for this appointment and when I showed up (after confirming the day prior and having the lady on the phone take my insurance information) she informed me I was wrong, was never a patient, never spoke to anyone, had no appointment, and didn’t even try to help. She demanded to look at my phone to prove I called! As if I was lying about having an appointment!! Instead of helping the situation (that they obvious initially messed up) she proceeded to act as though she had no idea what I was talking about and insisted her phone was hacked and that I never talked to anyone. What is this? How unprofessional and ridiculous! Will never ever go here for anything. Don’t let them take your information over the phone either. I waited weeks for this appointment and paid 50 dollars to Lyft there only to be treated so poorly.
