Top notch, awesome venue. Recently did a pheasant shoot there and it was a blast. We each took home a fair number of birds, the shoot was controlled at the perfect pace, we ate well afterwards, and all staff were awesome. I'll be getting a membership indeed. Worth the drive from Murrells Inlet in my opinion!

I really love to shoot sporting clays and what I really love about Back Woods Quail Club is that it doesn't matter if it is raining or not I can still shoot because every stand on one of their courses is covered and their carts are great! Beyond loving to shoot I like a course that is a bit of a challenge and presents a variety of different shots and Back Woods does exactly this. And what I also really like is that all of their launchers always seem to work. There is nothing more frustrating than tooling around a course only to half half of your birds fail to launch! The Club is well managed and all of the employees are nice and friendly.

Amazing place for the Sportsman. The ranges are excellent. The Sporting Clays are unparalleled. If you get a chance to eat a meal here it is just fantastic true Southern cuisine. The guides are great, and I've never had a bad bird trip. We really enjoy everything this club has to offer. It's conveniently located not too far from Charleston. If you're just coming out to shoot the ranges, or spending a day, there is plenty to keep you busy and the entire operation is first class.
