Company is a scam. They charge 118 php when I pick up the package (already paid shipping cost). And we received the pickup notice so late that they even charged more for storing the package.
Package didn't arrive still after months of waiting. They have to know where the package or item is from because for every thing is different. They have to check the names manually in sheets of paper starting with the first name, and not in alphabetical order.
The woman at the counter 4/postage counter "SCAMMED" us with the documentary stamp. Instead of 15 pesos that is written on the stamp, she sold it to us for 30 pesos per piece. P.S. if I can just rate a negative star, I would.
I applied for a postal ID they said it will be released after 15 days and yes, I went back after 15 days but it wasn't ready yet so I went back after a week and still not ready, they said they will just call or text me so I left my number and guess what? No one called nor text me so I went back again to their office and still told me that they will just give me a call but I've been going back and forth to their office like 4 times already and no one gave me my ID yet.
I bought an item from online before included delivery from my home. Pero I got message from this and I have to get my item in there and I have to pay I feel so disappointed
Staff are nice enough but I have been waiting close to 3 months for a package that still has not come and was posted from the states.....extremely slow service better to use LBC.
I think they should reasses this place. How come a check from SSS will take almost three weeks to arrive? Is that the best way to incourage people to send something through mail? I mean, seriously? Is this where our taxes go? To pay for people who are not doing their job on time? The guy there told me they will sort out the package first and sometimes the plane gets delayed.He even dared me to file a complain. Please folks, don't use this service anymore and please government of Bacolod, please close this place, its useless.
