Online purchase experience definitely worthy of 5 stars. Everything straight forward with emails and texts keeping me updated regularly as to where my order was. I ordered a Technics turntable that I couldn't find in stock anywhere (even with the big boys) and I was spinning wax within 24 hours. Chuffed to bits.

So happy with this company. I want to start off with how great their prices are, a lot of home theatre shops try charging premium prices and usually find myself resorting to second hand on eBay. This time that was not the case, these new products were coming out almost the same price as second hand which is great. There are lots of discounts on the site and great bundle deals. The order process is very simple and quick allowing me to use my PayPal account. Despatch a delivery was quick and offered free next day with DPD. Received lots of emails and texts updating me on my order and delivery. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful going that extra mile to help me with information I required. I haven't tried the things I have brought yet but I am sure they will be good and even then any issues I would have with that would be down to the manufacturer. Thanks for a very pleasant service.

Delivery was quick but if your purchase develops a fault then the customer service is terrible. My sub from a 5.1 surround sound package formed a fault within 2 months of owning it. AVOnline insisted the entire package is returned and for over 5 weeks I’ve had no information. When this has been chased, I keep getting told to be patient with absolutely no information given on the status of the repair or when I may potentially get the equipment back. I have also tried to get the speakers back as there was no faults with them and I would be able to use my Amp but seems like no one at AV Online can help with that either. Usually when items are returned during warranty period they are exchanged, but AVOnline will send them somewhere to get repaired and there is no guarantee or indications on when this repair will be completed. I’ve tried to escalate this but been told there is no one to escalate this to. Doing a search on the internet has confirmed I’m not the only one with similar issues at this time with AVOnline. ****** UPDATE ******* After eventually finding someone to escalate this to, I had my speakers returned within a few days with a brand new sub. For this reason I’ve increased my rating from one star to two stars.

Emailed for a deal on 2 complete amps and 5.1 surround packages. They simply gave their standard website prices no discount for having two full setups. 4343 their price. Richer sounds 3200 which is a proper deal. Don’t even bother with this company just speak to richer sounds much more professional and a lot more competitive and willingness to do a deal when you are looking to spend several thousands. Plus includes 6 year guarantee.
