Service und Beratung beim Kauf war gut, bei Reklamationen nicht empfehlenswert. Kette reklamiert, 2 Wochen Wartezeit ( wäre ja ok gewesen) aber mittlerweile schon 5 Wochen vergangen, sehr vage und unzureichend Auskunft über Rückgabe. Wollte eigentlich die lokalen Einzelhändler unterstützen, hätte aber bei jeden Online Händler besseren Service bekommen. Dies war mein letzter Kauf dort.
