Nunca escribo criticas negativas porque no me gusta perjudicar los negocios de los demás pero hoy han conseguido que así sea. Hice una reserva telefónica, con una semana de antelación para asegurarme la disponibilidad del vehículo y evitar contratiempos. Al leer por aquí algunos comentarios, me pasé por la mañana a re-confirmar la reserva y mi sorpresa fue que me iban a entregar un vehículo que no cumple con las necesidades que yo necesitaba. En vez de buscarme una solución, básicamente me hacen entender que \esto es lo que hay\. Pues que sepan señores de \Enterprise\, que yo necesitaba ese vehículo para asuntos laborales. Que ese vehículo iba a depender que pudiera realizar mis tareas. Por suerte me \busqué la vida a tiempo\. Como dice el refrán \vale más malo conocido que bueno por conocer
