A good temple dating back to around 7th century CE . The temple is just few kms from badami caves. They have a kalyani (water pool) that is open for holy dip. Personally, in these times of covid it is better to stay away as there is no hygiene control and also the water is greenish due to algae. Just outside the temple, you can eat good north Karnataka style food which generally consists of rotti (crispy hard chapati), curd, a special type of chatni .
