The leading school in Baddegama area and one of the best schools in Sri Lanka.Christ Church Boys' College is an ancient school.School was started by Reverend Robert Mayor in 1819.In 2019 the school celebrated its 200th anniversary.This boys school has more than 3000 students.Christ Church Boys' College has shown some promising educational excellence.The school's sports aspect is good.They won many championships,trophies not only in Sri Lanka but also in internationals.The proud Christ Church mother has very respected and notable alumni throughout history.The administration and the management was not good enough for the school past few years.200 years worth of history for a school.That is a rare thing in Sri Lanka.The school has a strong Old Boys Association and also a welfare shop.
