Another bad experience in Baden-baden photo studio. Bad customer service but the picture quality is fortunately good. I feel the business is not that well in this city and some digital studios just go beyond their way to make money and completely ignore their customer's demands. I am a student from India. Yes the service is a bit expensive for me and I want to pay for a service that is worth it. I visited this studio today and I am really disappointed by the staff's behaviour towards me. I asked for a visa photo and a digital copy. After getting a really bad picture (only one shot taken), I asked for another picture with a little smile. And my request was simply denied. Now I didn't want the digital copy of the worst picture of me taken by a professional photographer. I requested them to not give me a digital copy and suddenly they stopped understanding a little bit English also. I had no other choice but to pay for it. Nevermind! At the same time I saw that their behaviour with other local customers in the shop was really nice.
