Regarding your truck. It was Harper's intel that got Kadar to be imprisoned and the Canadian justice system figured it was cheaper to pay out than a prolonged court battle that would cost more because Harper had totally violated this guys Canadian Charter of Rights and that is what his lawyers would have based their lawsuit against Canada as.
