DO NOT, Hire this fraudulent so called business, It is a fraud. Gerrit Lemmon is a thief, this company does not handle tax issues, they sub it out to 3rd parties that are as incompetent as Gerrit is , like Robert Malloy, Affordable Financial Services. I paid Gerrit to handle a state tax issue, they said they filed papers on my behalf with the state, ended up they lied, (they relied on Robert Malloy to file) nobody filed and state levied my bank. When I spoke to the state, they said nobody filled out paperwork ,meaning power of attorney, Gerrit would not take my calls, he hid like a scarred little girl. I went to the address they list as business, and found out no office space, they only "rent" a room out for scheduled meetings. This incompetent move by Gerrit and Robert resulted in a loss of thousands Lawsuit is in the works against both In response : You did not immediately put another individual on this 10 days went by as I was told over and over it was being handled. It was not until I spoke directly to the state that it was reviewed that your 2nd party associate never filed my papers!! It was than that another was assigned, to which this individual was just as incompetent, he could not even fax papers to correct department. After 1 week I fired your company. You continued to have this so called tax person continue on. I'm guessing so you think you have legal grounds to keep my money? You will be sued in court if ALL my money is not returned. I have spent the last month or so gathering statements from other individuals with whom you have done wrong to also as evidence of your fraudulent operation. I will not stop until I receive all my money or you are put out of business. The DOJ has you on radar now...

I called and was told I would get a call back within ten minutes. Six hours later, no call back, I called again and eventually spoke to Gerrit Lemmen II. I casually asked him why no call back and he said he had spent an hour looking for my file (highly doubtful) and couldn't find it -- implying that that was his reason for not calling me back. I casually stated that if he had my phone number, it would have been nice to at least call me back one way or another. He then said "we're not a good fit" and hung up on me. Seems like an extremely shady company.
