3rd class bank... 3rd class services. Slow like a sloth. Your work will be done but it will take hours or even days despite living in times where transactions happen in seconds. 90% of the times transactions fail.

Not a good private bank. Bank manager gives reply like Government bank. Using outdated printer. And even cannot afford to repair it within a week. Holding CTC cheque for more than 2 days. Fed up with Kotak Badlapur branch worst service ever.

It's take around 1 month to update my name in bank passbook, I have formate my phone and now I am unable to use the kotak app, and branch told me that you can use App after 10 min but still I am struggling... CRN not activated....Lunch time not added. From 2.00 pm to 2.30 and it is also not fixed ..
