I've had really bad experiences at other dental offices that is how I know this dental office is the best around. Managed and run really well from top to bottom. They have excellent staff - friendly and welcoming. I can see that patient care is their number one priority. I'm really glad I found this dental office. Dr. Matt has taken care of all of my concerns. He is thorough and knowledgeable. 5 stars! I've never felt the need to write a review for anyone but this dental office is really deserving of it. bet you can't tell which teeth are real.

Dare I say I love the dentist?! Dr. B and the team at Bagnall Family Dentistry go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience every time. They are attentive, conscientious and seem to always have the answers to my questions before I ask them. I could not recommend them more and even though I now live put of state I still consider them to be my office.

I have had the most amazing, positive experience with Dr. Bagnall and his entire team. From the first phone call, to meeting them for the first time, it has been an absolute pleasure! You are always greeted by a smiling face and made to feel they are genuinely happy to see you. The hygienists, assistants and Dr. Matt all make sure it is always a pleasant, comfortable experience! Poor, poor customer services. Tons of dentists in this town. This one is not worth it. In response to your post, I did not bang on the plexiglass or make any threats. I was told to arrive at a certain time. I arrived and was called a liar for arriving at that time. This is not about COVID protocols, although I could criticize those. I asked for Dr. Bagnall to call me to resolve this situation and he never did. I have been a patient at this practice since 1986 when I was treated by Dr. Bagnall's father. I only wanted to be treated with respect and to receive the dental treatment I had received for 35 years. This did not happen. I only wanted what any patient deserves - respect.
