Excellent service! Very friendly and efficient. We needed to find a room quickly after a terrible night in a B&B (Maison Jeanne). They found us a good hotel in the centre of Luchon.

I haven’t been to the Office of tourism but I’ve found pretty good snow in the end of december and I think Luchon is a pretty good place for winter sports and thermal cares!

Very nice staff fluent in English. They provide free wifi and have a dedicated room with tables for your use. Our lodging didn't provide wifi so we visited here frequently. Open from 9-7.
