Very Poor service and ICICI staff behavior is also like uneducated people. Never open account in ICICI Bank ( Specially in Bahadurgarh )

Staff is not so cooperative. Its not easy to get your work done here. They will not talk to you straight away. The staff will keep you running from pillar to post. Needs improvement in this area. Otherwise it's a reputed bank and staff should act accordingly.

Untrained staff... they don't even know basic features/rules. I don't expect that from ICICI bank. I advise to senior one please trained/replace them. They are engaged to dishonor ICICI bank with passion.

Cash deposit machine is not working only one staff is present at deposit and withdraw counter. I am standing from last 35 min and still waiting for my turn. Didn't expect such from reputed private bank

Totally unsatisfied in many aspects. They make me wait for an 1/2 hour.After that , their printer was not working. Alot of time wasted and sure the bad customer service. I would like to rate zero star but no option here so.. Bad experience!!
