Had an excellent socially distanced outdoor seated brunch. Tent coverage and patio heaters are present. Service, food and libations very good!

I have been to this Reataurant a few times. The food is absolutely delicious a d the hostess and servers could t be nicer. My issue is with the manager. He is not customer service oriented at all. The last time I was there I asked fir a small amount of cabbage to add to my meal which was bratwurst. Almost 30 minutes later a large side dish of cabbage arrived. I was done with my meal and also was not told I would be charged for an entire order of cabbage. My friend who I was dining with asked for a small amount of extra goat cheese for her salad and it didn’t arrive for almost 39 minutes as well. So the servers were great and probably the chefs were backed up although it wasn’t very crowded. When we told the manager our issue he argued with us and said it was our fault. When I told him I didn’t think I should be charged for the cabbage he strongly disagreed with me and told me again it was my fault. I have to say I was shocked and even though I like it here very much I will not be going back. He was an awful manager.

Second time for Sunday brunch. First time was a great experience, despite the cold inside the restaurant. Today was worst service, absolutely and utterly freezing cold inside which caused us to leave early. Menu very limited and food tasteless. Never again.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and provided EXCEPTIONAL service. The Cocktails were WONDERFUL. The Salmon Eggs Benedict was AMAZING.
