Do not hesitate to use these guys. Called them at 7:30 in the morning to fix the AC at my rent house. They had it repaired by lunch time. Will only use them in the future because they are honest, dependable, and on time. Thank you very much

Great service! Brand had our unit diagnosed in no time. Chris & Brand returned quickly with the need parts to get our unit up and running, we also decided to upgraded our t-stat at the same time.( Chris even took the time to go over how the new t-stat worked, very helpful) . Bain Heat and Air was so helpful for us on a late Friday afternoon. Chris went above and beyond to diagnose the problem with our AC. He found it was under warranty and had a fellow worker go retrieve the part from the store, as they were about to close. Excellent customer service that is hard to come by these days.
