We went yesterday & the owner was super friendly! Tastings aren’t open but he was able to walk us thru the wine list and was super helpful. He specializes in cold climate wines which are rare to find in the US (he also has some warm varieties). Everything is like 30-50% off & the vineyard cat is super friendly. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Awesome winery - super unique wines, worth the trip! Mike was great and explained the difference between warm and cool weather vines. We had a great time and highly recommend a visit.

This was a totally random stop which I'm glad I did. I had incorrectly thought that Bainbridge wines were all sweet or were all made from grapes brought in from east of the Cascades. Mike has some grapevines he grows right here that he makes great dry white wines from. They are varietals I had not heard of before, but they are able to ripen on the cooler side of the mountains. He has some reds that he imports grapes for, and a not-too-sweet dessert wine. He is very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. He does everything here, it's always a special experience to actually be hosted by the wine maker. So glad I stopped!

knowledgeable owner, interesting tour. One of two wineries on the Island who grows his own grapes. Worth visiting.
