I had Luke Weaver over for an estimate to replace our door and opener about 5 weeks ago. After showing me the product and design on a mobile device, and based on the price offered, he left with a signed contract. His design suggestions and knowledge of materials, quality and installation are outstanding. After I did some additional research on the opener, we exchanged some emails and I felt very comfortable making a minor change that he also supported. A week ago, I received a call from Jane to schedule the install. She was very pleasant and helpful on what I should expect, and assured me that they take several precautions during the current pandemic. Last Friday, Justin arrived and did the installation. He was very professional and answered all of my questions with ease. He worked efficiently but not rushed, did a thorough clean up, and talked me through all the features and details of the final door installation. This experience was amazing! What a wonderful company!

The technician was very friendly and thorough. He went \above and beyond\ when I inquired about getting a new remote control for an old system; he called his shop, confirmed they had one and went to get it, at no extra cost to us. We had one of our door springs break. They had a truck here within a hour of our call. Replaced both the broken spring and its worn out brother at a reasonable cost. Very friendly staff. This all during the covid lock down. Great service.
