I used to drive for the company they couldn't provide PPE at all and if they did you had to wait 6 month for it. The trucks terrible nothing but problems with them God knows how they pass a MOT. Could never pay you correctly always missing overtime that I had worked I did a lot of favours for one of the planners and never received anything back. They always push important jobs on you last minute. There is definitely no heath and safety at all I was nearly ran over by there shovel driver a number of times. I'm still in contact with a couple of lads there and they say it's getting worse everyday.

I arranged a skip through Lewis who was very helpful in arranging the delivery of the skip and taking payment. Advised of what I could and couldn't put in the skip. Turned up when he said would and was promptly collected once I had finished with it. Wonderful service and would recommend their services, next time I need a skip I'll be calling Lewis.

Have used this company a number of times being local. First time they were good and the drivers always brilliant. For the last 3 large skips they have failed every time to collect when they were supposed to despite calling to check. They have been at least a week late which is a nightmare if you have a large project with builders on a schedule. Although polite on the phone they give you a day but then fail to turn up! If you are working to a deadline - find someone else.

The team at Bakers Waste Services Limited are brilliant. I did a quote and order online over the weekend and the Skip was with me on Bank Holiday Monday. The delivery driver Michael was polite and respected social distancing. He advised me on what i could use the skip for in detail and ensured i was happy with the drop location. The team in the office are friendly and efficient, despite being really busy they come back to emails really quickly and with all the information you need. Lewis has been really helpful in answering my questions and organising my collection. The website is really informative and makes choosing the right skip really easy. I would 100% recommend and use their service again.

Diabolical Don’t bother booking a skip with this company as they are completely unreliable. Skip booked for delivery Monday. I called Mon lunchtime, they confirmed it would definitely be delivered by the end of the day. Called just before 5pm as it hadn’t arrived. Was told it would be first drop off between 6am and 7am the following day. Got up especially early. It didn’t arrive. Spoke to them at 8am and was told it would arrive by 10am. It didn’t. Spoke to them three more times and had to cancel as it hadn’t arrived and they couldn’t tell me when it would. Now have to pay tradespeople to come back another day as they have been stood around for two days. Bakers Waste deliver appalling service but not skips.
