Nelson was very helpful with clients in store and on the phone. He worked with the customer to make sure that the experience was a good one and that we understood what was going on with our cars. The rest of the staff was also respectful helpful timely and friendly. I would definately come back here and suggest it to others.

I meant to write this earlier but did not get a chance to. This Mavis is excellent for any car repairs and just overall great customer service. During the last snow storm in PA (around late Dec), the shield under my car ended up getting loose because of the snow. I was very stressed out and did not know how much the repair would cost or if I needed a new shield. After calling Mavis, I was able to get an appointment for the next day and they tightened up the shield without charging me anything. They were extremely helpful and honest with me and I was able to pick up my car the same day. This was the second or third time I've been to this location and always have a pleasant experience! Highly recommend :)

Great prices and friendly service. Had to replace a tire last week and used Mavis for the first time. They were extremely helpful, offered an excellent price on a new tire and had my car ready ahead of schedule. They also helped my husband put our spare tire back in place even though it took some time and was difficult to adjust. I would definitely go back for future tire needs.
