I absolutely Love this office, I have never had a bad experience. I have been following Dr. Mruk for years. Dr. Mruk was unable for a last minute appointment so I was scheduled with Cathy Kazanjian, CRNP. Cathy's knowledge, compassion, empathy, and caring spirit meant everything to me. It is a great feeling to be able to trust a person with your life or inevitable life decisions. More recently my mother is experiencing some serious health conditions. I transferred her care from a physician that she followed for over 25 years to now seeing Cathy whom has done more for her care within months. May God continue to bless Cathy and her family as well the other staff at the office.

Hate writing reviews but WOW.. This place is the literal worst. You could have an appointment, never see them and they BLATANTLY lie about contacting you. Absolutely unprofessional even for a simple telehealth visit. Especially with their booking being weeks to receive any type of care. Glad I didn't waste my time rescheduling because chances are they would just be as incompetent as they are now.

Hard as nails to make an appointment. They put you through 2 screeners with waiting for each as well as the same questions being asked. Only to find that you will have 4 months to wait for the appointment. Really? The people who answered the phone sounded very tired and distracted. Not engaged at all. Last time there, I waited at check out while 2 employees talked and joked it up with each other while I was waiting. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Maybe they will chat themselves out of a job. It's possible. We as patients deserve better. Go to another place if you can. One doctor there is very good, but only present infrequently. They also need more African American physicians there. Join the 21st century. Please.

AVOID THIS PLACE! It will soon shut down mark my words! A general visit will take over 2 hours. I can’t even believe that the office staff here even have jobs. They are completely unprofessional and under qualified for their “desk job.” They hold unprofessional and loud conversations at the desk in front of other patients. They make inappropriate comments to other patients and make many feel very uncomfortable. I know at least 4 patients who have since found better practices to receive care. The patient restrooms smell like a nursing home! The place is disgusting and so is every single “desk job” worker here. This place is nothing more than a disgusting poor quality care CLINIC. The workers here are a complete joke can’t believe they even have a job.
