The knowledgeable and committed team at Balance changed my life when I received treatment for Binge Eating Disorder. They organized an individualized treatment plan, provided consistent support, and - most importantly - normalized every feeling I felt during my journey. Their encouragement to be my authentic self, practice self-care, be gentler with myself, and ask for help when I need it not only changed my relationship with food, but my relationships with loved ones as well. Melainie cares so genuinely about the people she's helping that she runs a support group for those who've recovered under Balance's care - for free. If you're ready to receive treatment, you should absolutely consider Balance. You'll be met by a staff who are warm, compassionate, who have your best interests at heart, and who have your back every step of the way.

Balance was the exact treatment I needed to bring me back to life...MY life...as I came back from an unexpected residential treatment away from NYC. They offered me respect, time, a beautiful space, and a place for my loved ones, to help me find myself again after a lifetime of being ravaged with all sides of an eating disorder. From binge eating to restricting, they met me exactly where I was, and gave me the right tools and support to reintegrate back to my job and day-to-day living. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs help.
