After my Georgetown rental properties were hit this past spring by the intense hailstorms, I was left with three destroyed roofs. Managing insurance claims is a challenge in any event, but doubly difficult when doing so from another state. I was incredibly relieved when I found Karl Larsen at Balcones Roofing. From the beginning he explained the Texas insurance process to me, generously spending much time on the phone with me describing the norms and regulations, and what was needed to move forward -- and this was before I had even committed to using his services! Once I engaged him, Karl took over the management of my three insurance claims, and always kept me informed in an organized and professional manner. He made certain my insurance claims were accurately and properly documented and all that was due from my insurance policy was received by me. He even engaged with my insurance adjuster a few times to clarify and correct measurements (incorrectly listed by my insurance company), and other details. Each of my roofs was damaged in a slightly different way and this complicated insurance reality was handled and negotiated by Karl in a detailed and expedited way. The actual roof replacement work was the easiest part of the project. I opted to upgrade my roofs and gutters with higher quality products and Karl made that feasible as well. Throughout the entire, long process, Karl was warm, supportive, informative, and patient. I remain incredibly grateful to him for his help and guidance, and will use him for all my rental roofing needs. I recommend him to any looking for a reputable roofing company!

Karl was very courteous, prompt and thorough in his work. He came to my house to inspect my roof because I believed it was leaking. However, he let me know that the roof really wasn't the problem, but that it was my trees that needed to be trimmed back. Which I felt was honest. He did point out a few flaws in my roof which he fixed for me. He also removed an old satellite TV dish that was left by the previous owners. He also explained a few things to me, which helped me understand my home much better. Thank you Karl!! A Would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing service! Having worked with previous roofers, but Balcones was the only company to walk us through the whole process, give us options and have someone keeping things correct the whole time. Trust is a huge deal with something you can’t see and we felt well taken care of. Previous companies just covered holes in our roof. Balcones actually fixed it Replaced old wood and had clear communication through the whole process. It was very comforting to see a supervisor inspecting the work through the whole process. Also very quick service. Our roof only took one day! Cannot recommenced this company enough and will always turn to them in the future.

We needed a roof inspection due to hail damage. They were on-time and very professional. They're not the cheapest, but they offer the best value. You can go cheap and have a substandard job done. They use the correct products to insure your home is protected over time. Your home is your largest investment, don't cheap out. Use someone that has your best interests in mind. I would highly recommend them.
